Subliminal Ecommerce Private Limited runs quick-growing D2C brands in beauty and personal care. We sell through paid social, so for us creative is the business. We test current ads every day, scale the winners hard and cut the losers fast.

The role

We’re hiring a remote video editor to make short-form ads that stop the scroll and sell. You won’t be making polished brand films. You’ll be making 15 to 60 second ads that get judged on one number: whether they sell.

What you’ll do

- Edit short-form video ads for Meta (Facebook and Instagram) every day, with a fast turnaround
- Cut talking-head UGC testimonials with before/after proof, product shots and B-roll edited in
- Make AI-generated video with tools like Higgsfield, Kling, Veo, Grok Imagine and similar
- Build 3D or animated explainer and character videos in Hindi, Hinglish and English
- Write and test hooks so the first 3 seconds stop the thumb
- Add clean, skilled subtitles timed word by word to the voice, not static caption cards
- Make several versions of every winning ad (new hooks, cuts, voiceovers and formats)
- Study competitor ads and the ad library each week, and bring new formats to the team

What we’re looking for





- 1+ years of experience editing short-form ads or social content, ideally for D2C or ecommerce brands
- Strong in Premiere Pro, CapCut or DaVinci Resolve, with After Effects as a plus
- Hands-on with AI video and voice tools, and curious about every new one
- A sharp sense of pacing, hooks and what makes someone keep watching
- Able to ship volume without the quality dropping
- Comfortable taking feedback based on ad performance data, not opinion
- Hindi and English, so you can edit Hinglish voiceovers naturally
- Reliable internet, your own editing setup, and you deliver on time without being chased

Bonus points

- A portfolio of ads that actually spent and scaled
- Experience with UGC creators, voiceover tools and lip-sync tools
- Basic scriptwriting ability
