Role Description The Business Development Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jabalpur. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, and building a strong sales pipeline for web, software, and digital marketing services. The Business Development Executive will conduct client meetings, prepare proposals, and manage negotiations to close deals. Daily responsibilities include maintaining relationships with existing accounts, monitoring client satisfaction, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. The role also requires market research,



tracking competitors, and providing feedback on service offerings to support strategic growth.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Current Business Development and Lead Generation to create and expand revenue opportunities.
- Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills to nurture client relationships and support long-term partnerships.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present solutions, negotiate terms, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess basic knowledge of web, mobile, and software development services, as well as digital marketing concepts.
- Relevant experience in sales or business development, preferably in IT services or digital agencies, is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Jabalpur, manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
