Role Description The Real Estate Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. The role involves identifying potential clients, presenting suitable property options, conducting site visits, and guiding clients through the complete sales process from inquiry to closing. The executive will manage property listings, respond to customer queries, negotiate terms, prepare basic documentation, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions. Daily responsibilities include maintaining updated knowledge of local real estate trends, building and sustaining client relationships,



and meeting sales targets while upholding regulatory and company standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Real Estate and Real Property, with a solid understanding of local market dynamics and property laws.
- Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License or be eligible to obtain one in accordance with local regulations.
- Candidates should possess strong Sales abilities, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on clear communication, responsiveness, and client satisfaction.
- Relevant experience in residential or commercial real estate sales is preferred.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM tools is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site, travel for property visits, and manage a versatile schedule as needed.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
