Role Description The Field Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in areas around South India, responsible for developing and managing customer relationships within assigned territories. Daily activities include visiting prospective and existing customers, presenting product solutions, explaining technical features and benefits, and negotiating pricing and terms in alignment with company guidelines. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, following up on inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of visits, quotations, and orders. The Field Sales Specialist will coordinate closely with internal sales operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery, resolve customer issues, and support after-sales service.



Regular reporting on market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance is expected to inform strategic decisions and support revenue growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with customers and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries, manage expectations, and maintain long-term client relationships.

- Relevant experience in field sales, industrial products, or B2B markets is preferred.
- Ability to travel locally within Coimbatore and nearby regions and work independently in the field.
- Basic proficiency with MS Office or similar tools for maintaining records and preparing reports.
- Minimum educational qualification of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is beneficial.
