Our Finance Managers drive profitability, compliance, and operational efficiency across high-volume production units—translating complex financial data into actionable business insights.

Role & Responsibilities

- Prepare and manage monthly P&L;, balance sheets, and cash flow statements for garment production units.
- Lead cost accounting for fabric, labor, and overhead—ensuring accurate product costing and margin reporting.
- Partner with operations to track inventory turns, WIP, and scrap metrics to reduce financial leakage.
- Automate financial reporting using Excel and ERP systems (Tally, SAP, or similar) to improve accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage statutory compliance including GST, TDS, payroll, and audit coordination with external auditors.




- Develop financial dashboards for senior leadership to support strategic decisions on sourcing, pricing, and capacity planning.
