Role Description This full-time remote role for a Maintenance Engineer in the panel industry involves ensuring the reliable operation of equipment and systems used in panel manufacturing and related processes. The Maintenance Engineer will perform routine and preventive maintenance, diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues, and plan maintenance schedules to minimize downtime. Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance and repair activities, documenting work performed, and collaborating with production teams to address equipment performance concerns. The role also involves reviewing maintenance procedures,



suggesting improvements to enhance efficiency and safety, and supporting compliance with relevant technical and safety standards.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust skills in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair.
- Candidates should possess solid Maintenance Engineering experience, including planning and executing maintenance activities.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Preventive Maintenance to reduce equipment downtime and extend asset life.
- Candidates should possess practical Electrical Maintenance skills for troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent practical experience).
- Ability to interpret technical documentation, such as equipment manuals and engineering drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with safety regulations, maintenance management tools, and continuous improvement practices.
