Role Description The Architect role at Ads Civil & Interiors Pvt Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The Architect will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and detailing architectural plans for civil and interior projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards, local regulations, and client expectations. Daily tasks include preparing drawings and 3D visualizations, coordinating with project managers, engineers, and site teams, and reviewing designs throughout the project lifecycle to maintain design intent and quality. The role also involves participating in client meetings, refining design proposals based on feedback, and supporting the integration of structural, MEP,



and interior elements into cohesive architectural solutions. The Architect will help optimize space planning, material selection, and design efficiency to support timely and cost-effective project execution.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to develop functional and visually appealing concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings.
- Experience in Project Management, including planning, coordination with cross-functional teams, and tracking progress to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Understanding of Integration between architectural, structural, and interior elements, ensuring cohesive and technically sound designs.
- Familiarity with Software Development principles or tools relevant to architecture (such as CAD/BIM software, design visualization, and digital collaboration platforms) is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from a recognized institution; professional licensing or registration is preferred.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and robust technical drawing skills.
- Knowledge of building codes, local regulations, construction materials, and sustainable design practices.
- Effective communication skills, ability to work collaboratively on-site in Gurugram, and strong attention to detail.
