? Experience

10–15 years in FMCG / Flour / Food industry

Preference for candidates who have worked with reputed brands such as:

Aashirwad, Silver Coin, Kesari Group, Double Talwar, Double Trishul, Patent, Mayur, Rajdhani, Fortune, Parle, Reliance, Adani, etc. (especially in North India)

? Job Role: Sales Executive

We are looking for a competitive, trustworthy, and experienced Sales Executive to actively grow our dealer network, expand market presence, and strengthen customer relationships.

If you are confident in ground-level sales, dealer handling, and opening new markets, we’d love to connect with you.

? Key Responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and customer needs

Actively pursue new sales through cold calling, networking & field visits

Set up meetings with dealers, distributors & corporate clients





Present and promote company products effectively

Negotiate & close deals; handle objections and complaints

Identify vendors, new markets & appoint authorized dealerships

Explore opportunities with manufacturers requiring products as raw material

Prepare sales reports and gather customer feedback

Handle paperwork & compliance required for MNCs and large brands

? Requirements & Skills

Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role

Boosting Sales Growth & Customer Reach across key markets.

Robust knowledge of sales & marketing techniques

Excellent communication & negotiation skills

Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

Comfortable dealing with local shops, dealers & distributors

Ready for extensive ground-level sales visits

Minimum qualification: High School / Graduate
