Role Description The Sales Executive role at Cresco Cars is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. This role involves engaging with walk-in and referred customers, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable vehicle options, and conducting test drives. The Sales Executive will prepare and explain quotations, financing options, and related documentation, while coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth booking and delivery processes. Daily responsibilities include maintaining an up-to-date product knowledge, following up with leads, updating CRM or sales records, and meeting assigned sales and customer satisfaction targets. The role also requires participation in local promotions or events,



and consistent representation of Cresco Cars’ brand values in all customer interactions.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong customer relationship and communication skills, including active listening and transparent, professional interaction.
- Candidates should possess sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and meet or exceed targets in a competitive environment.
- Candidates should possess basic automotive product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn vehicle features, specifications, and financing options.
- Candidates should possess organizational and documentation skills, including accurate record-keeping and attention to detail in contracts and forms.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with basic computer tools and CRM or sales tracking systems, or be able to learn them quickly.
- Prior experience in automotive sales or retail sales is beneficial, though motivated entry-level candidates with strong interpersonal skills will be considered.
- A minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, including weekends or peak business hours as required, and a valid driver’s license is highly preferred.
