Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Bareilly. The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial operations, including recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, and preparing financial statements. Responsibilities include handling accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and periodic reporting to management. The role involves supporting budgeting, monitoring expenses, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and tax regulations. The Accountant will collaborate with internal teams, assist with audits,



and help implement financial controls to support the company’s growth and stability.
Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and ledger management.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems) and MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Understanding of taxation, GST, and other statutory compliances relevant to the agro and food industry.
- Ability to manage accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and monthly closing activities.
- Excellent attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience as an accountant in manufacturing, agro, or FMCG sectors is preferred.
