Roles & Responsibilities

- Design end-to-end user experiences for B2C digital products across web and mobile platforms.
- Translate user needs, business requirements, and product objectives into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Conduct user research and usability analysis to identify customer pain points and improve product experiences.
- Create intuitive and engaging UI/UX designs while maintaining consistency with design systems and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Business teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback to improve usability, accessibility, and overall customer experience.
- Use data, user feedback, and product metrics to identify opportunities for continuous experience improvement.
- Contribute to and maintain design systems, reusable components,



and UX standards.

Ideal Candidate

- Profile: Solid Product Designer with a background from a top design college.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in UX/Product Design, with a strong focus on B2C products.
- Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing UX/Product Design work for top-tier or high-traffic B2C products.
- Company Background: Experience working at a leading B2C product company is mandatory.
- Education: B.Des or M.Des from a Tier-1 institute such as NIT, NIFT, or IIT. Candidates from Tier-2 design colleges will be given second priority.
- Role Fit: Candidates with only UX Designer experience will not be considered. The profile must demonstrate end-to-end Product Design experience.
