Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Excellent de-escalation, problem-solving, and customer relationship management skills.
- High-level proficiency with industry-standard project management software (Asana, Jira,

- Strong working knowledge of helpdesk, ticketing, or CRM software.
- 8-10+ years of demonstrated, progressive success in a relevant functional role.
