Looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled BIM Architect to join the Ahmedabad team. The candidate will work on Architectural working drawings for USA projects and deliver high-quality 3D BIM models across Architectural and Structural disciplines. This role is suitable for candidates interested in BIM technologies, modelling accuracy, and global US project execution.
Key Responsibilities
BIM Modelling & Development
- Develop accurate and coordinated 3D BIM models.
- Convert design data into coordinated and intelligent BIM models.
- Work across project domains including Architecture and Structure.
- Develop construction documentation from schematic design.
Coordination & Quality Control
- Ensure BIM models meet project standards, LOD requirements, and client expectations.
- Coordinate with internal teams for design development and working drawings.
- Perform quality checks to ensure model accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Identify and resolve modelling and coordination issues.
Documentation & Deliverables
- Assist in preparing architectural drawings, schedules,
and project documentation.
- Support the development of working drawings for USA projects.
- Maintain project files and documentation.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed and submitted within timelines.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated with BIM tools and workflows.
- Develop knowledge of US Architecture practices.
- Contribute to improving BIM modelling and documentation processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.Arch in Architecture or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in BIM, CAD, or the architectural domain.
- Strong understanding of BIM workflows, including CAD to BIM.
- Familiarity with:
- Autodesk Revit
- AutoCAD
- AutoCAD Architecture
- TrueView
- Basic understanding of Architectural and Structural systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and model accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.
