Revenue Planning for all product lines (Quarterly, Monthly, Weekly Planning) including detailed customer wise planning 2. Close coordination with all the factories (India and Overseas) for the material planning 3. Manage projects and the services revenue 4. Manage the Risks and Opportunities with each Line of Business 5. Lead select MOS: MOR, Weekly Revenue Updates, Inventory Updates Manage Working Capital 1. Close control and management of Inventory 2. Rigorous AR Control 3. Credit Limits and customer advances review and control Cost Control 1. Various cost control on the projects 2. Monitor the over runs 3. Drive cost optimization to drive Margin Expansion Operations Excellence 1. End to End Order Management: Ensure Timely Ordering and High Customer Service Level 2. Drive MOS for Revenue planning, coordination with the ISC for material planning, RAIL for addressing all open issues pertaining to delays, material discrepancies, quality, warranty, returns, AR and Bad Debts 3. Drive Operations excellence programs to streamline operations: Institution and Automation of the processes and ensure adherence to the processes. Customer Relationship Management 1. Single point of contact for the Post Order Management (internal - ISC, Sales and external - (Customers, 3 rd Party Vendors, Inspectors) stakeholders) 2. Drive MOS with the customers for high customer satisfaction People Management 1. Directly lead the team of operations managers for each business 2.
