Job Description
Develop and implement comprehensive AI strategies that support business objectives and promote innovation Establish governance frameworks to ensure ethical compliant and transparent AI usage across the organization Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate AI solutions effectively while managing risks Provide expert AI solution advisory to guide the design deployment and optimization of AI technologies Monitor emerging trends and regulatory requirements in AI to keep strategies and governance up to date Advocate for responsible AI practices and promote awareness of AI governance principles within the organization Analyze business needs to identify opportunities where AI can deliver value and competitive advantage Provide expert guidance on AI policy formulation and compliance management Facilitate communication between technical teams business stakeholders and leadership to align AI initiatives with strategic goals
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of AI strategy and governance frameworks
Drive alignment of AI initiatives with organizational priorities and regulatory standards
Provide AI solution advisory to ensure effective and ethical AI implementations
Oversee risk management related to AI deployments and ensure mitigation strategies are in place
Mentor and support junior team members on AI governance best practices
Coordinate with legal compliance and IT teams to address AIrelated challenges
Evaluate AI projects for ethical considerations and compliance adherence
Report on AI strategy progress governance effectiveness and risk status to senior management
Foster a culture of responsible AI adoption and continuous improvement
