AVP - Marketing - FMCG - 15+ Years - Mumbai

We are looking for a strategic marketing leader with 15+ years of experience in the FMCG / Beverage industry to drive brand growth, strengthen brand equity, and develop consumer-centric marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in brand management, consumer insights, integrated marketing, and business strategy, with a proven track record of delivering measurable business results and leading diverse marketing teams.

Responsibilities - * Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, brand positioning, and long-term growth plans.

- Drive brand building, brand equity, and integrated marketing campaigns across advertising, promotions, digital platforms, and other consumer touchpoints.
- Leverage consumer insights, market research, and competitive intelligence to identify market opportunities and guide product development and new product launches.
- Lead cross-functional marketing teams across brand management, packaging, field marketing, corporate communications, digital marketing, and graphic design.
- Identify strategic partnerships and new channels to drive brand awareness, consumer engagement, and incremental sales.
- Manage external agencies across advertising, public relations, and corporate communications to maximize brand presence and marketing effectiveness.

Requirements - * 15+ years of professional experience in marketing, preferably within the FMCG / Beverage industry.
- MBA / Postgraduate qualification in Marketing.
- Proven experience in brand management, brand equity building, and developing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong expertise in consumer insights, market research, new product development, and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary marketing teams and managing external agencies and strategic partnerships.




- Robust business and financial acumen, with the ability to connect marketing initiatives to business performance and revenue growth.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and strategic decision-making skills.
