Job Description:

The Manager is responsible for overseeing all electronic physical security,

surveillance operations, and monitoring systems across the company's cash

processing vaults, offices, and cash-in-transit (CIT) operations. This role ensures

round-the-clock integrity of high-risk security environments, compliance with

regulatory guidelines (such as MHA compliance), and seamless coordination with

Central Monitoring Centres.

Oversee 24/7 central monitoring, Command & Control Centre operations, and

DVR/CCTV systems across all regional offices, branches, and vault locations.

Monitor live and recorded feeds to detect suspicious activities, security breaches, or

non-compliance with cash handling and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Manage the installation, maintenance, and lifecycle of electronic security

systems-including dome/bullet cameras, digital video recorders (DVRs), access

control systems, door interlocking panels, fire alarm system, intrusion system

(Vibration, Panic, motion).





Ensure 90-day recording retention compliance, routine health checks, and quick

resolution of technical or vendor-related system faults.

Ensure all branch security setups adhere to MHA, Bank and MSP guidelines, internal

IT security policies, and ISO 27001 standards.

Coordinate with internal and external audit teams to close observations related to

safety, security, and physical vault compliance.

Respond immediately to security alerts, intrusion alarms, or auto-dialer notifications.

Investigate discrepancies, review footage and collaborate with law enforcement

agencies when necessary.

Coordinate with security hardware vendors, service providers, OM's and internal

IT/Infrastructure teams for timely maintenance and deployment of current location

security setups.

Train branch personnel and security guards on the operation of surveillance systems

and emergency protocols.
