We’re hiring: Business Development / Lead Generation Partner at The Kerning House
The Kerning House is a creative branding and design agency that helps businesses build brands people remember. We’re growing, and we’re looking for a sharp, self-driven business development professional to bring in new
clients.
What you’ll do
• Find and approach potential clients: startups, SMEs, and established businesses that need branding, identity, packaging, or design work
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold outreach, referrals, and your own network
• Start conversations, qualify prospects, and set up discovery calls with our team
• Help move deals from first conversation to a signed project
• Keep a simple record of leads and follow-ups
• What we’re looking for
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience is preferred but not required
• Prior experience in business development, sales, or lead generation, ideally for agencies, design, marketing, or creative services
• Solid communication skills, written and spoken
• Confidence in reaching out to founders and decision-makers
• An existing network of business owners and marketers is a big plus
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Interest in branding and design is a bonus
