Role Description
The Manager / Senior Manager – Client Servicing (Influencer Marketing) is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai and will be working for the in-house brand - Opportune.
This role is responsible for end-to-end client servicing across influencer marketing campaigns, including understanding client objectives, translating them into actionable briefs, and overseeing campaign execution.




Daily responsibilities include coordinating with clients, briefing and managing internal teams, identifying and onboarding influencers, and ensuring deliverables meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The role involves monitoring campaign performance, optimizing content and influencer selections, preparing reports and insights, and presenting recommendations to clients. This position also requires maintaining strong relationships with clients and influencer partners, staying updated on platform trends, and contributing to business growth through upselling and cross-selling relevant services.

Qualifications
• Proven experience in client servicing or account management within influencer marketing, digital marketing, or related fields.
• Strong competence in campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking for influencer and social media initiatives.
