Role Description The Sales and Marketing Associate will support AOI’s growth by promoting oncology services, engaging with patients and caregivers, and strengthening referral networks. In this full time, on-site role based in Nagpur, the associate will conduct outreach to physicians and partner organizations, coordinate marketing campaigns, and participate in community awareness activities related to cancer care.



Day-to-day responsibilities include explaining AOI’s services to prospective patients, responding to inquiries, maintaining relationships with referring clinics, and supporting digital and offline promotional initiatives. The role will also involve preparing reports on sales and marketing activities, assisting with patient-focused events, and collaborating with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a consistent, service-oriented experience.
