Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 per month (Based on interview & basic computer test)

About the Clinic:
We are a private clinical psychology practice dedicated to providing a protected, warm, and highly confidential space for our clients. We are seeking a responsible, empathetic, and digitally savvy Graduate Fresher to manage our physical front office and ensure smooth day-to-day coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
• Patient Interaction
• Call/Message/Booking Management
• Team Coordination
• Basic Admin & Data Entry
• Strictly maintain the privacy and confidentiality of all patients and clinic records.
Requirements (Mandatory):
• Education: Must be a Graduate (Any stream - BA, B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, etc.).
A background or interest in Psychology is a welcome plus but not mandatory.
• Computer Skills: Smooth, confident usage of a computer, including MS Word, MS Excel, emails, and internet browsing.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional politeness, patient communication skills, and a calm demeanor. Fluent in Hindi with a good understanding of English.
• Must live close to the clinic for an easy daily commute
