Role Description The Customer Relationship Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the South Goa district. In this role, the executive will interact with existing and potential customers, address inquiries, and support them in selecting suitable banking products and services.



Responsibilities include managing customer accounts, resolving service issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and transactions. The executive will build and strengthen long-term client relationships, support branch sales and service initiatives, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. This role involves meeting service and quality targets, adhering to regulatory and bank policies, and contributing to the branch’s growth and reputation within the community.
