Key Responsibilities• Capital Deployment & Strategy: Identify, evaluate, and secure investment opportunities aligned with our portfolio growth targets and yield expectations.
• Financial Modeling & Underwriting: Review and analyze financial models, asset valuations, market trends, and risk assessments for prospective hospitality projects.
• Stakeholder Relations: Build, maintain, and expand relationships with high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, and strategic financial partners.
• Asset Performance Oversight: Collaborate with our asset and project management teams to monitor the financial performance and capital expenditure (CapEx) of ongoing projects.
• Strategic Networking: Represent the firm at industry events, pitch sessions, and networking forums to drive brand awareness and secure investment commitments.
