About the RoleWe're looking for motivated and proactive Business Development Interns to join our team in Gurugram.
This role offers hands-on exposure to B2B sales, lead generation, client acquisition, and business development. You'll work closely with our team to identify potential clients, initiate conversations with decision-makers, build a sales pipeline, and help create current business opportunities.
We're looking for individuals who are confident communicators, eager to learn, and comfortable taking initiative.
Key Responsibilities• Research startups, SMEs, and businesses that could benefit from our services.
• Identify founders, business owners, and key decision-makers.
• Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email, phone calls,



and other relevant channels.
• Reach out to prospective clients and introduce The Growth Union's services.
• Conduct follow-ups and help schedule discovery calls and client meetings.
• Understand prospects' business requirements and identify potential opportunities.
• Maintain lead databases, CRM records, and sales pipeline updates.
• Assist with sales pitches, proposals, presentations, and outreach campaigns.
• Track outreach activities and contribute towards business development goals.

Requirements• Students pursuing B.Com, BBA, BMS, or related undergraduate programmes are encouraged to apply.
• Second-year and final-year students are preferred.
• Freshers are welcome; prior experience is not mandatory.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
