We are hiring a Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager to run our IT & AV helpdesk and own in office implementation of Interactive Flat Panels (IFPs), LED video walls and IT equipment, delivered through installation vendors.

Key responsibilities

Vendor management and installation• Identify, onboard and manage installation vendors and sub-contractors for IFPs, LED video walls and IT equipment (PCs, laptops, printers, networking, projectors, AV accessories).
• Assign work orders, share site details, BOQs and drawings, and schedule installation teams across locations.
• Supervise installations: wall mounting, LED cabinet/module assembly and alignment, controller and processor setup, cabling, power and network readiness.
• Verify quality and safety on site, including mounting strength, structural load, earthing and cable management.
• Track vendor performance on timelines, quality and SLA adherence; review rates, raise escalations and recommend vendor rationalisation.
• Verify vendor bills against completed work and sign-offs, and coordinate payment processing with accounts.





Implementation and project execution• Conduct or coordinate pre-installation site surveys covering wall structure, power, network and ambient light.
• Plan rollouts across multiple sites: material dispatch, delivery tracking, manpower and installation schedules.
• Run testing and commissioning: display calibration, touch and software configuration, content/CMS setup, connectivity checks.
• Obtain installation reports and user acceptance sign-offs, and hand over with basic end-user training.
• Maintain project trackers, installation records, serial-number and asset registers.

Helpdesk and after-sales support• Manage the helpdesk: log, prioritise and assign complaints and service requests through the ticketing tool.
• Provide first-level remote troubleshooting for IFP, LED wall and IT issues; dispatch engineers or vendors for on-site support.
