Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Noida for an AR & AP Executive specializing in QuickBooks and working in a night/US shift. The role involves managing accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, including issuing and tracking invoices, monitoring payments,



and maintaining accurate financial records in QuickBooks. The team member will reconcile customer and vendor accounts, follow up on outstanding payments, and support debt collection activities in alignment with company policies. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing financial reports, supporting month-end closing, ensuring compliance with internal controls, and coordinating with operations and customer service teams to resolve billing or payment discrepancies. The role requires regular communication with US-based stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions and reporting.
Qualifications
