We are looking for a well-groomed, dynamic, and result-oriented professional with excellent networking and negotiation skills to develop recent mandate business opportunities in the real estate sector.

Job Discription:

• Visit real estate developers’ head offices to develop new mandate business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, directors, and key decision-makers.
• Identify potential redevelopment and real estate mandate opportunities.
• Generate leads, conduct business meetings, negotiate commercial terms, and secure mandate agreements.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with developers to convert opportunities into business.

Requirements:



4-5 Years of Experience in real estate business development, strong networking and negotiation skills, and a willingness to travel across Mumbai for developer meetings.

• Well-groomed with a professional personality.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience in real estate business development and mandate acquisition preferred.
