About the Role
La Bake Amore™ is looking for a capable and responsible Centre-Level Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Delhi campus. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth centre operations, excellent student experience, effective team management and adherence to the academy's operational standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Centre Operations: Oversee daily activities, scheduling, infrastructure, housekeeping and administrative operations.
• Team Management: Supervise front-office, administrative and support staff; allocate responsibilities and monitor performance.
• Student Experience: Ensure professional communication, timely grievance resolution and a consistently high standard of student service.
• Admissions Coordination:



Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure accurate enrolments, documentation, fee records and student onboarding.
• Academic Coordination: Work closely with chefs and academic staff to ensure smooth class scheduling, resource availability and effective batch operations.
• Financial & Administrative Control: Monitor fee collections, expenses, records, inventory and operational compliance.
• Reporting & Accountability: Maintain operational reports, identify inefficiencies and implement corrective measures.
• Standards & Discipline: Ensure adherence to company policies, professional conduct, safety requirements and service standards.

• 5–8 years of relevant professional experience, preferably with supervisory or centre-management responsibilities.
