Role Description The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City. This role is responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing ERP software to support core business processes across finance, operations, HR, and other functions. Daily activities include analyzing existing workflows, mapping business requirements to ERP capabilities, coordinating with internal stakeholders to gather and document requirements, and implementing system updates and enhancements. The ERP Specialist will monitor system performance,



troubleshoot issues, create user documentation, and provide training and support to team members. The role also involves collaborating with consultants and technical teams to ensure data integrity, process consistency, and alignment with business growth objectives.
