Role Description The Business Analyst at Taxcart is a full time, remote role responsible for translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements that improve our tax engine and related products. Day-to-day, this role involves gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders, analyzing current business processes, and identifying opportunities for optimization and automation. The Business Analyst will collaborate closely with product, engineering,
and operations teams to define specifications, support solution design, and validate that delivered features meet business objectives. The role also includes creating process documentation, preparing reports and insights, and supporting testing and implementation activities to ensure smooth product releases and enhancements.

• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop insights that inform business decisions.
• Experience in business analysis, including requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and translating business needs into functional specifications.
