Role Description The Purchase Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Pune City, responsible for overseeing procurement of coffee beans, bakery ingredients, packaging materials, equipment, and other operational supplies. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts and pricing, ensuring timely delivery of goods, and maintaining optimal inventory levels to support café operations. The role also involves tracking purchase orders,



monitoring quality of incoming materials, reconciling invoices with deliveries, and collaborating closely with roasting, kitchen, and café teams to forecast demand. The Purchase Manager will implement cost-effective purchasing strategies, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations. This position requires regular coordination with management to align purchasing activities with business goals and growth plans.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in vendor management, sourcing, and negotiation, with the ability to build and maintain long-term supplier relationships.
