What Will You Do?As a Business Development Associate,



you'll connect with students and working professionals, understand their goals and help them explore suitable online degree programmes.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Connect with prospective learners through 100+ outbound calls daily.
• Maintain a minimum of 120 minutes of productive talk time per day.
• Understand learners' educational backgrounds, career goals and programme preferences.
• Guide learners on programmes such as MBA, MCA, BBA, BCA and B.Com.
• Explain university options, eligibility, fees and admission processes.
• Follow up with interested learners through calls, WhatsApp and email.
• Handle queries, build trust and guide prospective learners towards enrolment.
• Maintain lead records and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Work towards daily activity targets and monthly admission and revenue goals.
