Role Description The Event Sales Specialist is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area, with some flexibility for work from home. This role focuses on generating and managing event-related sales opportunities, from initial inquiry through contract closure. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, presenting event solutions, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating terms with prospective clients.



The Event Sales Specialist will coordinate closely with the event planning team to align client expectations with service offerings and timelines. The role also includes maintaining accurate records in sales systems, following up with clients, participating in in office meetings or event walkthroughs when required, and building long-term relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
Qualifications

• Strong customer service and client relationship skills to respond promptly, address concerns, and ensure a positive experience throughout the sales and event lifecycle.
• Practical experience with event planning and event management to understand event workflows, logistics, and coordination with internal teams and external vendors.
