Role Description The Operations Intern role is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru. The intern will support daily operational activities, including coordinating classes and sessions, tracking program schedules, and maintaining accurate records across various training programs. Responsibilities include assisting with project and process documentation, supporting communication between internal teams, mentors,



and learners, and helping streamline workflows for program delivery. The intern will also assist in collecting and analyzing operational data, preparing reports, and supporting basic sales and outreach activities to improve program efficiency and learner experience.
