Role Description The Subject Matter Expert role is a full-time, in office position based in the Pune Division. The Subject Matter Expert will provide deep technical and process expertise in electronics manufacturing, supporting teams across prototyping, PCB assembly, testing, and box build operations.



Responsibilities include developing and refining standard operating procedures, advising on best practices for quality and compliance, and troubleshooting complex production and process issues. The role involves collaborating closely with engineering, production, quality, and customer-facing teams to optimize workflows, reduce defects, and improve overall efficiency. The Subject Matter Expert will also contribute to training programs, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure that the organization maintains high performance and alignment with industry standards.
Qualifications

• Strong expertise in electronics manufacturing processes, including prototyping, PCB assembly, testing, and box build operations.
• Experience with quality management systems and standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 13485, and familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements.
