What You’ll Do:
• Plan and manage content across all social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Come up with ideas, write captions, and work with the design team to create posts and reels
• Build and run social media campaigns – product launches, offers, festive promos, etc.
• Post content regularly and make sure everything goes out on time
• Reply to comments and DMs, engage with followers, and grow the community
• Track what’s working and what’s not using insights and analytics
• Keep up with trends, reels, and new platform features
• Make monthly content calendars and get approvals from clients or teams
• Suggest ways to improve content and grow followers organically
• Handle basic ad boosting and paid promotions (optional but a plus)





What We’re Looking For:
• Someone who lives and breathes social media
• Good with writing, planning, and creative thinking
• Knows how to use tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, etc.
• Has worked on campaigns and understands how to get results
• Organized, on time, and positive at managing multiple accounts
• Can work well with designers, clients, and other team members
• Bonus if you know some design or video basics
