Only for India-based calling hours of work will be: (11am - 8pm IST) & covering (Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Pune, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Goa, Indore, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Kerala) market territory only.

Compensation
• Base Salary: $5000 –$7000 USD (Annual)
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $1000 – $3000 USD
• Commission (Total $250 USD per Deal)
• $25 USD per Qualified Discovery
• $75 USD per Qualified Demo
• $150 USD per Signed Deal

Role Summary
The Business Development Associate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by engaging Med Spas, aesthetic clinics, dermatology centers, cosmetic practices, and wellness clinics through outbound calling, lead qualification, product pitching, and appointment setting. This role requires someone who understands the healthcare/aesthetics ecosystem, patient acquisition challenges, and service workflows.
