Role & Responsibilities
• Handle inbound/outbound voice calls for international clients, ensuring clear communication and issue resolution.
• Follow structured call scripts and CRM protocols to maintain service standards and compliance.
• Log call details accurately in designated systems and escalate complex issues appropriately.
• Adhere to SLAs, KPIs, and quality benchmarks set by client service level agreements.
• Participate in weekly training and performance review sessions to maintain consistency.
• Work flexibly across early morning, evening,
or night shifts to align with global client hours.
Skills & Qualifications
• Must-Have
• Fluent English spoken & written communication
• Clear, professional telephone etiquette
• CRM navigation experience (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, Freshdesk)
• Ability to multitask during live calls
• Comfort with shift-based remote work
• Stable internet & noise-free calling environment
• Preferred
• Prior BPO/customer support experience
• Familiarity with international time zones
