Role Description The Operations Manager Physio Homecare role at Kinetic Age is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role oversees the day-to-day operations of home-based physiotherapy and senior wellness services, including scheduling sessions, coordinating physiotherapists and trainers, and ensuring high-quality client care. The Operations Manager monitors service delivery standards,



manages client onboarding and feedback, and implements operational processes to improve efficiency and client satisfaction. The role includes collaborating with clinical and training teams to align programs with client needs, maintaining accurate records and reports, and supporting compliance with safety and professional guidelines. The Operations Manager also contributes to resource planning, team training, and continuous improvement initiatives across the homecare services.
Qualifications

• Experience in operations management within healthcare, physiotherapy, or homecare services, with the ability to coordinate teams and manage daily workflows.
