Sr. Executive – Commercial Operations — Steelcon Engineering LLP, Ankleshwar (on-site, full time)

Steelcon Engineering LLP has been building process equipment since 1990 — pressure vessels, reactors, agitators, columns and heat exchangers, with particular strength in high-alloy materials. We work out of our own modern workshop at Ankleshwar and take a job through in house: design, fabrication, inspection and certification, to Indian, American and European codes alike. Our clients are chemical, pharmaceutical, specialty & agro chemical, energy, and multiple other sectors of process plants in India and abroad.

We are looking for a Sr. Executive – Commercial Operations to be the channel through which our facility communicates, and the person who keeps commercial work moving efficiently and precisely. This is a position of trust. You will control outbound company correspondence, protect proprietary drawings and costing information, hold engineering, marketing and purchase to their commitments, and represent Steelcon to clients, vendors and external parties.

What you will own





• All facility correspondence: screening, routing and tracking every incoming client and vendor email so that nothing goes unanswered.
• Quotations: turning cost inputs from costing and marketing into client-ready offers, in the company format.
• Order review and Order processing and coordination between sales, production and logistics, with delivery schedules tracked to completion.
• RFQs to approved vendors, comparison matrices for the Purchase team, and follow-up on committed delivery dates.
• Receivables follow-up, monitoring of costs, margins and payment terms, and MIS reports for management.

What we are looking for

• 3 to 6 years in sales coordination, commercial operations or business support in manufacturing, engineering or heavy industry. Process equipments experience is an advantage.
• B.Com, BBA, or a diploma/degree in engineering with strong commercial aptitude.
