Role Description The Placement Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all student placement activities,



with a focus on building and maintaining strong partnerships with hospitality industry employers. This full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad includes identifying placement opportunities, organizing campus interviews, and aligning student profiles with suitable job openings. The role involves regular interaction with students to understand their career goals, provide guidance on interview preparation, and monitor placement outcomes. The Placement Manager will collaborate with faculty and administration to integrate industry requirements into training plans and ensure timely reporting on placement metrics and employer feedback.
Qualifications

• Strong relationship management and networking skills to engage with hotel and hospitality partners.
• Experience in placement coordination, career services, or talent acquisition, preferably in education or hospitality.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to work effectively
