Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role located in Tumkur. The specialist will identify prospective clients, present suitable life and health insurance products, and manage the end-to-end sales process from initial contact to policy issuance. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings, following up on leads, maintaining client records, and supporting policy renewals. The role also involves implementing local marketing initiatives, participating in promotional activities, and providing basic training and product guidance to clients and team members.



Collaboration with internal teams to meet sales targets and ensure a high standard of customer service is expected.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and build lasting relationships.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales Management skills to generate leads, close deals, and work towards achieving defined targets.
