Role Description The Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City, responsible for driving sales of personalized Italian-style luxury furniture. In this position, the Sales Executive engages prospective and existing clients, understands their design preferences and functional needs, and recommends suitable furniture solutions. Day-to-day tasks include managing showroom visits, conducting product demonstrations, preparing quotations, following up on leads, and closing sales.



The role also involves coordinating with the design and production teams to ensure accurate customization, maintaining client relationships, and updating management on sales performance and market trends.
Qualifications
• Proven sales and customer relationship skills, with experience in luxury goods, furniture, interiors, or related industries.
• Solid communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities to engage high-end clientele and convert inquiries into sales.
• Basic understanding of interior design concepts, materials, and finishes, with an eye for aesthetics and detail.
• Ability to manage leads, maintain accurate records, and use digital tools or CRM systems to track sales activities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in an on-site showroom environment.
