About the Company
Thinknova is offering a structured remote internship for freshers who want to begin a career in machine learning. The internship provides practical exposure to preparing datasets, developing predictive models, and evaluating their performance to solve real-world problems.

Responsibilities
• Collect, clean, preprocess, and validate datasets for machine learning projects.
• Explore data to identify patterns, relationships, and relevant features for model development.
• Assist in building, training, and testing machine learning models using suitable algorithms.
• Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and support improvements through experimentation.
• Document data preparation steps, modeling approaches, experiments, and findings clearly.




• Work collaboratively with remote team members and complete assigned deliverables on time.

Qualifications
• Suitable for freshers with an interest in machine learning, artificial intelligence, data science, or a related area.

Required Skills
• Solid logical reasoning, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of Python, statistics, and machine learning concepts; familiarity with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, or scikit-learn is beneficial.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote workplace while managing deadlines responsibly.

Pay range and compensation package
Stipend: Up to ₹10,000 (performance-based). This is a paid, remote internship with a duration of 3 months and a performance-based stipend of up to ₹10,000.
