Role Description The Site Reliability Engineer role at Mentorsmoon is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. In this role, the engineer will design, implement, and maintain reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure and application environments. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring system health, troubleshooting incidents, automating operational tasks, and collaborating with software development teams to enhance reliability and performance.



The engineer will also participate in incident response, root cause analysis, capacity planning, and the improvement of deployment pipelines and observability tooling. This role involves close coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure that services meet agreed uptime, performance, and quality targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage AWS infrastructure — EC2, RDS, ECR, SSM, Route 53, CloudWatch & IAM.
• Build and maintain infrastructure using Terraform.
• Own Docker, CI/CD and deployment automation.
• Set up and manage monitoring, observability, logging, dashboards and alerts.
• Strong production troubleshooting and debugging across applications, infrastructure, networking and databases.
• Manage Java-based application infrastructure, including application deployment, JVM configuration, logs, performance
