FinLender Capital is looking for a sharp, analytical and execution-driven professional to join our Deal Execution team.

Experience: 2+ Years
Location: Noida | Delhi NCR
Domain: Investment Banking | Private Credit | Corporate Finance

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end transaction execution, financial modelling, valuation and due diligence.
Preparation of investment memorandums, financial proposals and transaction documentation.
Coordination with investors, lenders and clients to drive successful deal closures.

Who We’re Looking For:





Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience.
Strong financial analysis, modelling and transaction execution skills.
Preference for professionals with experience in PE/VC funds, Private Credit Funds, Investment Banking firms or Institutional Investment Platforms.

Qualification : MBA (Finance), CA or CFA preferred.
