Role Description The Director of Performance Marketing is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role leads the strategy, planning, and execution of performance-oriented marketing campaigns across multiple channels, focusing on customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining marketing goals, managing budgets, overseeing campaign set-up and optimization, and analyzing performance metrics to inform decisions.



The Director will collaborate with sales, creative, and analytics teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and ensure consistent brand messaging. This role also involves mentoring team members, identifying current growth opportunities, and presenting regular performance reports and insights to senior leadership.
