We are seeking a capable litigation professional who can independently manage court proceedings, develop effective legal strategies, handle matters end-to-end, and represent the firm's interests in the region within the agreed scope of engagement.
This opportunity is intended for an advocate who combines strong legal fundamentals with courtroom experience, strategic thinking, professional accountability, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with our central team in Delhi.

? 1. EXPERIENCE & ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONSCandidates must possess:




• Minimum 5–6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in core litigation.
• LL.B. and LL.M. qualifications from Tier-1 law institutions.
• Substantial practical exposure to court proceedings, legal drafting, filing, legal research, and oral advocacy.
• Strong knowledge of substantive and procedural law, judicial precedents, and litigation practices.

• Civil Litigation
• Commercial Litigation
• Business and Contractual Disputes
• Consumer Litigation
• Labour and Employment Matters
• Arbitration and Dispute Resolution
