Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Employee role based in Mumbai. The Sales Employee will identify and develop recent business opportunities,



manage existing client accounts, and build long-term relationships with customers across target ind
ustries.

Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding client packaging needs, preparing and presenting proposals, coordinating with internal team and production teams, and ensuring timely order follow-up and closure.

Qualifications

• Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Good organizational, planning, and follow-up abilities, including maintaining accurate records and working with basic sales and productivity tools.
• Ability to work on-site, travel for client visits within and around Mumbai, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in B2B sales, preferably in packaging, printing, or manufacturing industries, is highly beneficial.
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent
