About the Role: "Procurement Executive"
The Procurement team supports operational excellence, project delivery, and cost efficiency across Your Desk locations and interior design projects. This team plays a central role in vendor management, purchasing, and ensuring that centres and project sites never run short of what they need.
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and commercially sharp Procurement Executive to manage end-to-end purchasing for the company. This role is a blend of sourcing and negotiation, and vendor and inventory coordination.



The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable negotiating with suppliers and tracking deliveries on the ground.

Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Purchasing
• Source and procure furniture, modular workstations, interior materials, electrical items, IT and AV equipment, pantry supplies, housekeeping consumables, and office stationery.
• Float RFQs, obtain and compare quotations, and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines.
• Prepare purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and comparative statements for management approval.
• Ensure purchases are made at the best value without compromising on quality or timelines.
• Coordinate with the interior design team to procure materials as per approved BOQs and drawings.

Vendor Management
• Identify, evaluate, onboard, and maintain a reliable database of vendors and contractors.
